About Me

My name is Melissa and I reside in Knoxville, TN near the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.  What started out as some homemade gifts for friends and family has quickly turned into a small business venture. I draw my influences from the "patchwork" style clothing that was seen on the great folks who followed the Grateful Dead. Of course I am way to young to have been a part of that scene, but have always loved the culture that has surrounded the Grateful Dead and the other soon to follow touring jam bands. I love to add that cultural influence into my creations, weather it be patchwork clothing or detailed jewelry.  I love working in all different art mediums. 

All of my clothing is sewn with great care and attention to detail. I love to build pieces that will last as long as the wearer.  All seams are surged and topstiched for extra staying power.  You will see this same quality and attention to detail in everything I create.
