Washing soft toys and blankets in the washing machine…?
I always wash baby blankets, muslins and plush teethers in the washing machine- using normal fairy Non Bio detergent. It has just occurred to me that this might not all rinse out of them properly and I am worried they may still have contained the detergent when chewed by my baby. Is this harmful, please advise…

Fragile Earth Stuffed Animals (www.feplush.com) is an online retail store specializing in plush stuffed animals, gund stuffed animals and jellycat stuffed animals. Owners, sisters Helen & Mary Beth, are self-proclaimed stuffed animals aficionados, who started Fragile Earth Stuffed Animals to share the items we love with the world.
Carrying plush characters from MerryMakers, Yottoy, and Crocodile Creek allows us to indulge in our love and awe of children’s literature. We found the representatives from Jellycat by accident one day at a trade show and fell for the London based company’s products immediately. We even adopted one of their animals, the Pudding Hedgehog, Rupert, as the face of our company. That same day, we discovered Unipak which has many wonderful styles of plush stuffed animals (Plumpees, Ooleys, Fairy Bears). Gund is the latest product line we’ve added and we are thrilled to introduce some of the bears we keep very near & dear to our hearts (Schlepp, I’m talking to you!) and Gund’s wonderful line of Sesame Street plush stuffed animals.
